Our highly digestible pizzas are made with a long maturation method. Dough is risen for 96 hours and made with a mix of wheat flour “oo”, soft wholemeal flour, soft wheat flour “o”, reground durum wheat semolina, rye, linseed, oat, spelt, soya, wheat germ, lupine, larch fiber and kamut. If you have any allergies, please let our staff know. Our cheeses and cold cuts are all D.O.P certified. We use mozzarella from only italian milk and fior di latte mozzarella for our pizzas as well as D.O.P buffalo mozzarella from Campania.
