Highly digestible pizzas made with a long maturation method. Dough is risen for 96 hours and made with a mix of wheat flour “oo”, soft wholemeal flour, soft wheat flour “o”, reground durum wheat semolina, rye, linseed, oat, spelt, soya, wheat germ, lupine, larch fiber and kamut.
